Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Cancellation

• Customers may request to cancel their pre-order before item shipped and dispatch. terms & condition apply.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through [email/contact form/online portal] and must include the pre-order confirmation number & proof of payment.

Cancellation Fees Policy

• 1-14 Days after full payment 15% from total payment
• 15-29 Days after full payment 50% from total payment 
• 29-45 Days after full payment 75% from total payment

All goods sold are non-exchangeable , non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

Changes to Orders

• Changes to pre-order details (e.g., size, color, or quantity) may be requested within 3 days of the order placement, subject to product availability.
